I had perfectly pleasant days staying at this trendy boutique hotel. Booked a brand-new & beautifully maintained room with sea views. - the breakfast included yogurt and scrambled eggs, overall it was savory and delicious. - the location was favorable, only 5 minutes walk to a functioning mosque. - the venue was set in a nice quiet area.

Hotel Arena is a lovely house, nicely furnished, great rooms with view, very pleasant and friendly staff. I very much appreciate its location, the quality of breakfast buffet, the terrace...highly recommendable for a discovery trip of Istanbul.
Prices for massage and hammam seem really a bit too expensive.

Room was cosy, neat and well presented. Customer service was prompt and always helpful and friendly. Location meant a very short walk to the Hypodrome, nearby tourist areas ans shopping, and the tram network. Taxi pickup was prompt and convenient to the airport on our departure. We would recommend this Hotel to family & friends.

Very courteous staff and clean room. Very good value for money.
Being in old city, location is not ideal. The roads are narrow and Istanbul traffic is terrible.

Restaurant prices in euros. turkish currency is the lira.......an effort could be made .resulting inmore clients eating in the restaurant in evenings...... I must say buffet breakfasts were very good, lots of variety&plenty of it.

The breakfast was very poor, the room was in desperate need of repair the two bedroom windows were cracked and you could not open the window as it was broken and would fall into the room. We booked a twin room but when we arrived the room we had booked was occupied so we were put down in a basement room until the following night when the room was available.. I would recommend that people look at other hotels in the area as the area was ideal. The cleaning staff were very good but the

Thank you for a really good stay. Very competent staff, wonderful views on the Marmara Sea, everything is first-class. The breakfast is healthy, includes scrambled eggs and yoghourt. The imperial suite is silent and has a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and an individual safe. The location is stunning and excellent, next morning everything was fixed. Besides, we enjoyed the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.
